Passanger Relations Personnel

Responsibilities:

    1. Ticketing

      a) To provide the accurate information about bus schedule, destination provided and price of each ticket sold.
      b) To be responsible for his/her own ticket sales and sales collection.
      c) To tally the ticket sales with monies collected.
      d) To issue boarding passes to passengers before boarding the bus.
      e) To uphold the integrity of CTS

    2. Boarding

      a) To ensure passengers boarding the correct bus at designated Departure Gate.
      b) To ensure safety of passengers at all time.
      c) To uphold the integrity of our passenger management procedures.

    3. Miscellaneous Duties

      a) To undertake any task given by the immediate superior or by the management.
      b) Responsible to comply with ISO 9001:2008.

    Requirements:

      1. Minimum SPM holder.
      2. Basic computer knowledge.
      3. Integrity, trustworthy and honest.
      4. Customer friendly & Punctual.
      5. Willing to work long hours / Public Holidays.
