- Secretarial duties.
- Attending incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes and email of manager.
- Preparation of correspondences, claims and short reports.
- Filling of reports and correspondences, binding and photocopying.
- Maintain comprehensive and orderly files on all office business, including confidential matters.
- Any other task as and when assigned.
- Minimum Diploma in any management field.
- Computer / Microsoft Skills.
- Language Proficiency in English & Malay.
