Departmental Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Secretarial duties.
  2. Attending incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes and email of manager.
  3. Preparation of correspondences, claims and short reports.
  4. Filling of reports and correspondences, binding and photocopying.
  5. Maintain comprehensive and orderly files on all office business, including confidential matters.
  6. Any other task as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in any management field.
  2. Computer / Microsoft Skills.
  3. Language Proficiency in English & Malay.
