Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing full spectrum of HR functions.
  2. Ensure payroll processing and compensation.
  3. Review, develop & implement HR & administrative common policies & standard operating procedure.
  4. Liaise with government organization e.g SOCSO, Income Tax, and EPF including endure timely and orderly compliance.
  5. Handling and advise management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, termination and others employee relation matters in compliance with local labour law.
  6.  Manage employee welfare and labour relation matters.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 8 to 10 years experience in related HR.
  3. Good leadership skill.
  4. Effective interpersonal skill and communication skill.
  5. Analytical and problem solving skill.
  6. Responsible, committed to work and have pleasant personality.
  7. Knowledgeable in Malaysia Employment Law & expert in Microsoft Office application.
  8. High integrity, trustworthy and able to keep HR matters under private & confidential.
  9. Resourceful and able to work independently.
