1. Answering all incoming calls and handling caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  2. Re-directing calls as appropriate and taking accurate messages when required
  3. Maintaining the filing system and filing all correspondence
  4. Providing assistance on administrative works
  5. Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times


  1. Candidate must possess at least STPM or Professional Certificate in any field
  2. Candidate must be able to speak English fluently
  3. Able to work independently and is well organized
  4. At least 2 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position
