Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls and handling caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-directing calls as appropriate and taking accurate messages when required
- Maintaining the filing system and filing all correspondence
- Providing assistance on administrative works
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least STPM or Professional Certificate in any field
- Candidate must be able to speak English fluently
- Able to work independently and is well organized
- At least 2 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position
