The flagship of Maju’s Property Group of Companies is ASM Development Sdn Bhd (ASMD). ASMD started with 187 acres of land for integrated development in Kuala Lumpur in 1991 with 232 acres of land which today has flourished into the thriving integrated township known as Bandar Tasik Selatan.
Arising from the success of Bandar Tasik Selatan, ASMD’s wholly owned subsidiary, ASMD (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd has commenced the development of another integrated township on 200 acres in Kemaman, on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The project is known as Bandar Baru Bukit Mentok.
Currently, ASMD is developing Maju LINK, an integrated development built on 4 acres of prime location in a matured township. Maju LINK would comprise a 29-storey tower block and 6 units of 7-storey office blocks with the ground floor allocated to retail outlets. Other projects in the pipeline include Maju Triangle and Maju Station Hotel which will commence in the near future.
Another subsidiary, ASMD (Johor) Sdn Bhd, has been involved in the building of medium-cost apartments at Bukit Saujana, Johor.
ASMD has land banks in Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Terengganu with more than RM5 billion in gross development value.
