Datuk Roslan Dato’ Shariff

Datuk Roslan Dato’ Shariff aged 57, was appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Maju Group on 1 October 2020.

He is also the Managing Director of Maju TMAS since November 2010.

In 2017, he was appointed as the first CEO of ASM Development (KL) Sdn Bhd, spearheading the development of Maju Kuala Lumpur, an integrated transit oriented development.

He graduated from University of Missouri – Columbia, USA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Prior joining Maju TMAS Sdn Bhd, Datuk Roslan was the Chief Operating Officer of Semasa Sentral Sdn Bhd from 2000 to 2010. He led the premier development of Kuala Lumpur Sentral a RM1.1 billion world-class transit hub, Stesen Sentral, the winner of the FIABCI – Malaysia Award of Distinction 2002 and finalist for FIABCI International Prix d’Excellence 2003.

He was also involved in the planning and development of Penang Sentral in 2007/2008 with total development of RM2.1 billion. For the Ipoh & Seremban Sentral, he was involved in the conceptual development of the projects.
